PRIVACY

PRIVACY.

How the public website, forms, member login and optional geolocation use data.

What the website uses

The public website displays information needed to discover Round Table France and locate local Tables. Member data, the internal calendar and member-only tools remain protected behind the Member Area.

Member login

When a member signs in, the Tabler.World username and password are used only to open the session with .WORLD. The password is not stored in this website’s database.

Contact forms

Information submitted through forms is used only to answer the request and route it to the appropriate TRF team. Requests to join or start a Table go to the membership development team; communication and press requests go to Communication; partnerships and general requests go to Editorial; major technical incidents go to the National Board and webmaster.

For a “Join” or “Start a Table” request, the name, email, city, selected Table and message may be kept in Studio to allow follow-up. This information is not sold to third parties.

Optional location

“Near me” features use browser geolocation only after permission. Exact coordinates are used in the browser to sort Tables by distance and are not stored by the public website. For signed-in members, city and postcode information shared in the profile may be used server-side to provide approximate proximity ordering.

Security logs

Administrator logins and certain technical events may be logged to protect the website and investigate incidents. Access is restricted to authorised administrators.
